Privacy Policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016, Fine Ltd, with its registered office at Prague 6, Závěrka 12/2369, 16900, Czechia ("Fine" or "Administrator"), on Personal Data Protection ("GDPR"), and their related personal data.

This statement is intended to clarify how we treat our clients' personal information.

What personal data do we process and why?

Your personal data is processed only for purposes that we are communicating to you at their gathering.

Without your consent, we process your data on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest or, on the basis of the performance of the contract or the fulfillment of the legal duty of the Administrator.

Based on your consent, Fine processes personal data primarily for the following purposes:

Purchase of the product
If you decide to purchase our products, Fine is required to obtain your personal or identifying information to process an order and provide support. These are: first name, surname, address, email, telephone number, accounting and payment details (VAT). Fine employees do not have any access to payment card data, card payments are provided by the ČSOB Online Payment Gateway (VAT: CZ699000761). We will process your data for a period of 5 years from the date of its execution. Provide our services or support
We need to collect your personal information to provide you with our services or support. This information can be collected verbally, from a computer or via electronic communication (including communication between the computer and us or other automated communication). We will only process your personal data for as long as necessary to meet your request.

Keep you informed by Fine Newsletter
If you want to be informed about our new products, training or business offers, we need your consent to process your personal data. Fine Newsletter is sent in an electronic form to the email address you provide, up to 4 times in a calendar year. We keep that information until you withdraw your consent to the Newsletter (but only for a maximum of 10 years). You can unsubscribe from the Fine Newsletter at any time. Our current customers will receive information about the products they purchased unless they opt-out of this communication.

Download of Files and Materials (Form)
All software and educational materials are Fine’s intellectual property. By providing your personal details and consenting to their processing, you gain access to these materials and agree to be emailed or contacted by phone to receive sales offers and additional support for our products. The data collected is your name, company name, email address and phone number. Fine can share this personal data with a dealer in your location - a list of processors.

The data will be processed for 5 years. You may, at any time, send your personal data processing requests to the address of Fine s.r.o., headquartered in Prague 6, Závěrka 12/2369, ZIP 16900, Czechia, or by e-mail to hotline@fine.cz.

Web Browsing - Cookies
While visiting our website, certain information may be passively collected (ie obtained without being actively provided by you) using various technologies (such as cookies, javascript tracking systems, especially Google Analytics, Hotjar statistics with heatmaps, and standard logging of your HTTP requests on the side of the server).

Your browser automatically transmits some of the information listed, such as the URL of a web portal or a search engine that you have just left (Referrer URL), your IP address, your internet browser version, the operating system your computer is currently using, your default language settings or information about your browser's installed add-ons. Our sites require storing cookies in your browser. Your browser can be set to inform you when the cookie is being sent, or cookies can be refused or disabled completely, however certain parts of this website may not work properly without cookies.

Logged data when installing software online
Some data re sent during the online installation resp. update process. These are anonymized data and are used for license management and for diagnostic purposes. The sending of user data can avoided by using offline installation and by turning off the online update check in the program settings.

Collection of personal data and its security

We collect personal data on our website (including Online Shop) via electronic forms. The personal data provided by you will be handled responsibly and in accordance with valid Czech and European legislation. All personal data is stored on secure servers.

We pay close attention to technical and organizational measures that prevent abuse, damage, or destruction of personal data throughout the whole process from the initial insertion of the data you provide to the final deletion of your data after your consent, contract, settlement or the statutory time expires.

Who has access to your data?

All personal data are used for the internal needs of our company. Personal information that we process both as an administrator and as a processor can only be made available to those co-workers and processors, who provide administrative and technical support of the applications needed to run the site and any support applications. Data may be provided to courts, public authorities or law enforcement authorities, where such an obligation is imposed by law or such provision is necessary to fulfill the obligation imposed by law.

Your personal information may also be provided to our business partners to provide you with local support or sales offers in your territory.

What are your rights as data subject?

If you have any doubts that your personal data is not processed in compliance with the law, you may ask our company for an explanation or remedy of the defective condition, in particular to request an edit, addition or complete data removal, or to get acquainted with the data we have about you.

Where can the customer enforce legal obligations?

You may, at any time, send your personal data processing requests to the address of Fine s.r.o., headquartered in Prague 6, Závěrka 12/2369, ZIP 16900, Czechia, or by e-mail to hotline@fine.cz. Revocation of consent is effective at the time of its delivery to Fine.

If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully in the course of our activities, you may contact the Supervisory Authority, which is The Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz, Prague 7, Pplk. Sochora 27, ZIP 170 00, Czechia).

Changes to Privacy policy

In the future, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to add, modify or delete parts of this Privacy Policy to ensure that the information provided herein provides relevant and reasonable information about the collection and processing of your personal information.
